Log into your DBLACKSTORE account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
